The Guitar Switch Controller produces Gate signals from guitar pedal switches.
The Q181GS is a single-space module so it can be mounted in a Box cabinet and placed on the floor.
Outputs
The Q181GS produce 2 Gate outputs as the switches are pressed.
The variable voltage is not applicable in this application.
Auto Gate
An Auto Gate output is produced as a switch is pressed.
This Gate can be used to start Sequencers, trigger Envelope Generators or to change parameters in the system.
Switch Gate
A Switch Gate signal is produced as a switch is pressed.
This is just like any other Gate and can be used to control Sequencers and Envelope Generators.
The Switch Gate can also be activated manually with the panel button.
