Pre-orders

A pre-order means that we have in-stock or on-order all parts needed to deliver a particular product.  

Our goal is to navigate the pre-order period as quickly as possible and return all products to in stock and ready to ship as early as we can.

Items that receive a lot of pre-order activity will typically be built before lower demand items, as schedule and part availability dictate.  We expect to ship all pre-orders within 8-10 weeks.  

If at any time you would like to cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit please email us at sales@synthesizers.com.

I Want One!

The “I want one!” button means that we are gauging interest in a particular product and, depending on demand, will initiate a pre-order process when the threshold for that demand has been met.  We will contact all interested parties when we begin the pre-order,

Privacy

We do not reveal customer information to any individual, vendor, company, direct marketer, trade group or other external organization unless we have been authorized by the customer, or are required by law.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times vary along with component availability and other business factors. We work to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.  If you have any questions about your order lead time please email us and we'll work with you.

UPS Surepost may be used if Priority Mail is selected at checkout.  Surepost is picked up by UPS and delivered by USPS.

Orders must be completely paid for before shipping.

Taxes

If your shipping address is in Texas USA, we will add 8.25% to your order for Texas state sales tax. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that their government or state imposes. 

International Orders

We accept orders from all over the world.  Simply order through the online store or email us sales@synthesizers.com and we will work up your order manually.  

Technical Support

We offer technical support for our products both before and after the sale. We do this via email at info@synthesizers.com

Returns

We have a 10-day, no-nonsense return policy. If you are not pleased with a product, simply repackage it using the supplied packaging material and return it for a full refund excluding any shipping charges. This must be done within 10 days and the products must be in new condition when received by us and in original packaging materials. Repairs

We offer repair services for our products. If the product is out of warranty, please contact us via email at info@synthesizers.com to receive a repair estimate. When returning items, include a note with a description of the issue and your contact info. See the warranty section below for our shipping address and additional information.

Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 5 days so we can make a claim to the shipping company. Failing to do this will void your warranty service.

Limited Liability Statement

SYNTHESIZERS.COM shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or direct damages or expenses associated with the use or misuse of its products. SYNTHESIZERS.COM does not guarantee that any of its products are designed for any particular use or purpose. The entire risk of suitability and performance of all products lies with the user. Products manufactured and/or sold by SYNTHESIZERS.COM are not authorized for use as critical components in devices used in life support and other systems whose failure or performance could result in compromised safety or danger to life or property.

Warranty Statement

SYNTHESIZERS.COM warranties our products to be in good working order for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should the products fail to be in good working order at any time during this period, SYNTHESIZERS.COM will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no additional charge except as set forth below. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage to products resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product. You agree to prepay shipping charges and to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. All express or implied warranties for this product including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, and no warranties, whether expressed or implied, will apply after this period.

If the products are not in good working order as warranted above, your sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. In no event will SYNTHESIZERS.COM be liable to you for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Important Note About Shipping Charges

In the event of a warranty repair the customer must pay shipping charges to us and we will pay shipping charges back to the customer. We limit our payment of shipping charges to that of UPS ground inside the continental US. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges exceeding that amount. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on out of warranty repairs.
