That’s why we’re thrilled to offer a lifetime warranty, retroactively covering all eligible products still in production for the original owner—even if you purchased it years ago! This warranty safeguards against defects in material and workmanship, giving you confidence in your purchase, no matter when you bought it.

What’s Covered?

  • Functional performance of the product for its lifetime

What’s Not Covered?

  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Normal maintenance/cleaning of moving parts
  • Power supplies and MDF Cabinets
  • Modifications or alterations to the product, which will void the warranty
  • Any products that are no longer in production or do not have available parts
  • Products that were not purchased directly from synthesizers.com or eligible resellers, proof of purchase required.  Products bought via 3rd party can be repaired at reasonable rates, contact us for details.

Once warranty repairs are completed, the full lifetime warranty is still in force for the original owner.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from synthesizers.com located at 4134 Bluebonnet Dr, Suite 114, Stafford, TX 77477.

When sending in your gear, please do not include any accessories, power supplies, cables, or similar items, as synthesizers.com is not responsible for the return of these items.  We are not responsible for any non-synthesizers.com equipment sent either accidentally or purposely.

When a product is discontinued, or parts are no longer available, the warranty ceases and no replacement option is available.
